Welcome to St. Paul's Children's & Family Ministries
The Children’s and Family Ministries are a collection of opportunities for families with children in 5th grade and younger.
At St. Paul’s we believe that helping our children to grow in faith involves everyone. Our young people hear the story of what Christ has done in adults’ lives so that they may catch faith. At the same time, adults hear faith stories from our youngest members so that they, too, might grow in faith. We intentionally create opportunities to learn from each other in all that we do.
Serving and Learning
Additionally, children are also allowed to lead. You will often see children ushering with a parent or grandparent. Children read scripture in worship and help with prayers. We believe that serving is just as important as learning in the classroom. All aspects help children to grow in faith.

Milestones Ministry
Milestones Ministry and large group, congregational gatherings are designed to equip all caring adults to help the children around them to talk about faith together. Kids and parents meet throughout the school year to learn about specific topics such as the Lord’s Prayer, Ten Commandments, or How to Read the Bible. Congregational gatherings might include everyone gathering to learn about Lent or praying together at home.
Volunteering Opportunities for Adults
The Faith Formation Ministry team welcomes people of all ages to spend time with children or grandchildren in any of the programs listed. Caring adults and older youth are asked to teach classes, lead games, help with music, or organize Vacation Bible School or Christmas worship.
